​LEARNING TARGET: 
Students will learn about how ceramic vases have been used across various cultures and time periods. We will then focus in on how and why nature is often found as inspiration for art. Students will then learn the coil building method in order to create a ceramic vase that celebrates nature. Students will also learn how to apply cone ten glaze on their pieces.
