INTRODUCTION

ESSENTIAL QUESTIONS:
What is art and why is it important?
What is ceramics and why is it important?
What is the ceramic process?
How do I make basic shapes with clay?
How do I glaze ceramics?

WHY?
This unit is an intro unit to this course. You will understand why art and ceramics are important to your education. You will learn the basic techniques and procedures that will assist you for the rest of the school year.
